Description

Ballyness currently has four empty pitches, with three holiday homes in the sales yard available to go on any of them (subject to size). Customers buying from current stock choose their preferred site from those available.

If you'd prefer to specify your own home rather than choose from current stock, that option is available when vacant pitches allow. You can choose your model, cladding, colour scheme, layout, and internal spec from either Pemberton or Beverley — within what works for the site and the park. As current stock is allocated to sites, the number of pitches available for a custom order will reduce. We may also add stock in the meantime. This is a current snapshot — contact us to confirm what's available.

Lead Times
Custom orders have lead times that vary by manufacturer and specification. Homes ordered now are unlikely to arrive before August at the earliest, and would typically be ready for the following season. If you want to be on the park this season, current stock is the better route.

How to Secure a Site
To confirm a custom order, two things are required before we can secure the pitch and place the order:
* A signed purchase agreement (once spec and price are agreed)
* A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the agreed purchase value

Available Sites

* Site 7 — Close to the park entrance, set just off the first roundabout. Views over the park, with early morning sun on the front decking and afternoon and evening sun on the door side. Recently extended with additional drainage. Suitable for up to 13 x 42ft holiday homes.
* Site 75 — On the far side of the park, south-east facing and looking out over open countryside. Very private and generously spaced. The front and door side catch the morning and afternoon sun; from mid-afternoon through to around 7pm in summer, you get full sun out the front. Suitable for up to 14 x 44ft holiday homes.
* Sites 88 & 89 — Far side of the park, in the most recently developed area. Both back directly onto the 8-acre dog walk. All-day sun, slightly elevated with open views, and very private. Suitable for up to 14 x 44ft holiday homes.
The number of sites available for a custom order will reduce as current stock is allocated. This reflects the position at time of publication — get in touch to confirm availability.
