Online Booking

It is proposed that caravan sites will open during Phase 3 of the Travel and Tourism Pathway, although there has been no indication of when this might be. The next review date is the 15th of April.

We strongly advise you only to make a reservation if you can be fully self-sufficient in your own caravan or motorhome. When the park is allowed to reopen, the amenities building and games barn will initially remain closed. All of our sites are fully serviced, and the chemical waste will remain open.

Refunds will be issued if we are unable to fulfil bookings due to park closure or Covid restrictions. In these circumstances, the balance paid will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel a reservation, our 14-day cancellation policy still applies. (Please see below). Exceptions can be made if you have been affected by Covid, other serious illness or family bereavement. Appropriate documentation might be required.

We are aware of our responsibility to look after our customers and staff. For this reason, we have implemented some precautionary measures, which are assessed regularly and must be followed whilst on site. We will send out an email before your arrival with updated information about how we will be operating during your stay.

Our on site precautionary measures will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that 2m social distancing is adhered to throughout the park
  • Allowing only one party in the office at a time
  • Face coverings must be worn in all public buildings (if open)
  • Hand sanitiser to be used before entering all buildings
  • Disinfectant will be provided to mop out the showers and spray surfaces where necessary (if open)
  • Ensuring that the chemical waste is left clean after each use and making use of the disinfectant provided
  • The games barn and amenity block remain closed until further notice.
  • All the government advice must be followed with relation to Covid-19.

Booking Arrangements

Advance booking is essential particularly for weekends, bank holidays and during July and August. At time of booking full contact details will be required and payment must be received in full.

Bookings for one night only can be made by telephoning 028 2073 2393. Please note the minimum number of nights on the terms and conditions.

1. Your arrival is welcome from 1pm onwards and all pitches must be vacated by 12noon on day of departure.
2. A minimum of 14 days written notice in advance of arrival date is required if you wish to cancel your booking.
3. Please note groundsheets are not permitted on grass. Most pitches are suitable for the awning to go on the concrete hard stand. Please be considerate of your neighbours and leave room between your awning and their pitch.
4. A copy of the park information sheet will be provided on arrival, it is your responsibility to read this.
